and also ... some 'macho-man' distractions...
there was a game of intelligently-slow chess session...
and also some 'unspeakably-funny-yet-intellectually-challenged' taboo session...
but the main attraction was still the birthday-cake candle-blowing and slicing session... ... ... ...end
its called a cheese flan... it's filling = cream cheese and chocolate... it's crust = pastry... needs to be chilled over night for better texture ans taste... it's home-made by the way... if you like cheese... you'll probably like this... ... ... ...end
anyway... here are the ingredients for making this dessert...
cheese flan filling...
- 2 and a half table spoon of gelatine
- 6 table spoon of hot water
- 80 grams sugar
- 200 grams of fresh milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of double cream
methods...
- soak gelatine in 6 table spoon of hot water
- boil fresh milk + sugar + egg yolk + gelatine
- softened cream cheese + double cream
- all of the above must blend well together until creamy
decorations...
- melted cooking chocolate + double cream of 20 grams + some butter and mix well

i did this short introductory of myself last year... in conjuction with the hobbycon event... which i manage to join and did a few pages of comic strips for a thin but expensive peice of comic book... long story... will be blogging about it next time... ... ... ...end
freedom camp... is a retreat camp organized by the youth ministry of Sacret Heart Church Sabah... yes... it is a religious event... held once in a year... while this year... they picked 13th (friday) of june till 15th (sunday) of june...
so why attend this activity...? what is it all about...? well... according to the organizers... this is a happening event managed by the youths for the youths... aim is to spread the message of l.o.v.e. ... and also the gift of eternal life... experiencing jesus... as well as the healing of the holy spirit...
hmmm... but that's not all... if you are not drawn by all these... maybe you'll be drawn to the numbers of young... talented... charming... interesting... single... and not forgetting... available people attending this once in a year kind of event... yes... now i got your attention... if you are intrested in this event... and feels like joining the fun... but have absolutely no idea on how to get yourself registered... don't worry... just send me a (pm) personal message... and i will give you the details... ... ... ...end
last week... i managed to design a few sample booklets of the up coming 'freedom camp' event... didn't took me too long to get a few sample design worked out... but getting started and getting those ideas are just not easy...
i was given about 2 whole months for getting the designs done... and look at me... i have wasted the past 58 days lazing around... but fortunately... i did create something... last 2 days before due date...
so far... this is the best design (well... not exactly the best... but... the design that i prefer to use the most) i could come up with... however... there are a few more different designs... but i'm not going to show them here... ... ... ...end
2 months ago... i used up all my savings and got myself a cool little gadget... it looked kind of like an electronic dictionary (when the cover is closed)... it can act as a personal planner/diary and also playing mp3s and mp4s...
it can also surf online and do some chatting due to it's integreted wi-fi system... but then... i didn't get it because of the things it can do earlier... i bought it because i wanted to play the games...
and yes... i got myself a limited-special-edition-silver-nintendo-dual-screen-lite... and i was happy... so during that week... i've decided to give it a bit of flavour... by adding a layer of silver coating on it... and here are the skin i made for my ndsl...

seriously, i don't really fancy blogging... i find it difficult to maintain a constant desire to blog always... why...? because i'm a perfectionist... i simply spend too much time on re-writting my sentences over n over again... or getting the layout re-done till most of my time are wasted in an unproductive way... plus... my brain dun't really feels like creating any topics... or should i say... topics which are logic enuff for readers to understand... i don't really think much when i'm blogging... simply because i dun't even know what to think about... it's sad isnt' it...? and if you notice... i don't even bother to put on capital letters... or even paragraphs... sigh... this post is making me feel like a lemon* (pls check for the up coming post concerning the term lemon) ... i think i should stop posting... for now... or maybe i'm hungry... that's why i'm posting this way... anyway... i'm finally blogging again... that's for sure... and you will be able to see more of my nonsense craps... till then... see you next post... ... ... ... end
