spider-web-cheese-flan

its called a cheese flan... it's filling = cream cheese and chocolate... it's crust = pastry... needs to be chilled over night for better texture ans taste... it's home-made by the way... if you like cheese... you'll probably like this... ... ... ...end

anyway... here are the ingredients for making this dessert...

cheese flan filling...
- 2 and a half table spoon of gelatine
- 6 table spoon of hot water
- 80 grams sugar
- 200 grams of fresh milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of double cream

methods...
- soak gelatine in 6 table spoon of hot water
- boil fresh milk + sugar + egg yolk + gelatine
- softened cream cheese + double cream
- all of the above must blend well together until creamy

decorations...
- melted cooking chocolate + double cream of 20 grams + some butter and mix well
